The Nurse Who Wouldn’t Give Up
It was 2 a.m. when a young woman was rushed into the hospital, weak and unconscious after ignoring several days of heavy bleeding.
Her husband stood beside her bed, trembling. “She kept saying she would be fine. We thought it would stop on its own.”
The nurse gently held his hand and said, “Sometimes, waiting can cost more than we ever imagine.”
After hours of treatment, the woman finally opened her eyes. Tears rolled down her cheeks as she whispered, “I thought it was nothing.”
The nurse smiled softly. “Your life is never nothing. Please, listen to your body and seek help early.”
That night, her family learned a painful lesson:
