One thing I’ve learned running Mudi’s Concept is this, not every smile is good business.

A customer owed me a good sum of money, promised to pay before month end… but didn’t. Days later, she reached out, paid a little, and then brought back some goods she couldn’t sell.

The painful part? The body sprays I gave her in perfect condition came back looking black and damaged within just two weeks… yet she confidently said nothing was wrong.

At that moment, I had every reason to react… but I chose to stay calm and observe.

And I learned something again: In business, calmness is good, but boundaries are better.

One day, I gifted my daughter’s teacher a medium-sized bottle of oil perfume. Just a simple gesture… nothing too big.

As I was about leaving, another teacher quickly told her,
