Cancer took a lot...
But it didn't take me.
Have you ever seen me without glasses?
Sometimes it feels like it all happened yesterday.
Other times, it feels like a lifetime ago.
I have lived for years with scars the world can see…
and wounds that most people never will.
Cancer rewrote my life in an instant.
The pain. The fear. The confusion. It all came crashing in at once.
One moment, everything was ordinary.
The next, nothing was the same.
I didn’t just lose parts of how I looked.
I lost my sense of safety.
I lost my confidence.
I lost the person I used to recognize in the mirror.
And for a long time, I believed I had lost myself completely.
But healing… has a quiet, unexpected way of finding you.
It doesn’t arrive all at once.
It doesn’t announce itself loudly.
It comes in small, fragile steps
steps no one else may notice, but that mean everything.
Stepping outside again.
Meeting people’s eyes again.
Learning slowly, painfully to accept yourself again.
That is what real courage looks like.
There were days filled with anger.
Days heavy with shame.
Days I questioned my worth because of what I saw staring back at me.
The world can be harsh toward what it doesn’t understand.
But with time, I began to see something deeper something stronger than all the pain.
What happened to me is part of my story,
but it is not who I am.
I am not defined by my scars.
I am a woman who survived something that tried to break me
and I am still here.
Still standing.
Still moving forward.
Years later, I carry both pain and strength within me.
I carry memories I wish I could forget…
but I also carry a resilience I never knew I possessed.
And today, I speak not from a place of hurt,
but from a place of power.
Because somewhere out there, someone feels shattered.
Someone believes their life ended because of what they endured.
To you, I say this:
You are still here for a reason.
You are still worthy.
You are still enough.
I am no longer counting the time since the day everything changed…
I am counting the years I chose not to give up.
I am more than what happened to me.
I am a survivor ..

Cancer took so much from me…
but it didn’t take my life.
We often hear about cancer in the loudest, most painful ways
the treatments that drain you,
the bills that never seem to end,
the kind of pain that settles deep in your bones,
and the quiet fear that follows you everywhere.
And yes… all of that is real.
But there are softer, quieter losses people don’t talk about enough.
How love begins to feel complicated.
How dating becomes a conversation you’re not always ready to have.
How some friends and people you once laughed with slowly fade into silence.
How even family, the ones you expect to hold you the closest, can sometimes look at you through the lens of burden instead of love.
That kind of pain doesn’t show on scans…
but it cuts just as deep.
Still… today, I want to speak about something else.
Something quieter. Something stronger.
GRATITUDE
Because even in the middle of everything I’ve lost…
there are things I still have.
I lost hearing in one ear.
I lost sight in one eye.
And yes, living with both has changed my world in ways I never imagined.
But when I sit in stillness and really think about it…
I realize something powerful:
I still have one ear that hears.
I still have one eye that sees.
And that… that is not small.
That is a gift I refuse to overlook.
There was a time doctors told me I had just three months to live.
Three months.
But here I am… Ten years later.
Still breathing.
Still standing.
Still fighting.
It hasn’t been easy.
Some days feel like mountains I’m not sure I can climb.
The treatments take their toll.
The tests are exhausting.
And there are moments real moments where everything feels unbearably heavy.
I’ve known pain.
I’ve faced relapses.
I’ve walked through dark places I can’t fully put into words.
But even there…
even in the darkest corners…
there is still light.
There is still something no matter how small to hold onto.
A reason to smile.
A reason to keep going.
And the greatest blessing of all?
I am still here.
Alive.
Fighting.
Standing.
So if you’re going through something right now,
a struggle, a pain, a season that feels too heavy to carry.
Don’t look for everything to make sense.
Just find one thing.
One small, quiet thing to be grateful for.
Because sometimes, when you shift your focus,
you begin to see that even in the storm…
you are still blessed.
And maybe… just maybe…
it’s not all darkness after all.
So tell me..
what is one thing you’re still grateful for today?
Happy new month to everyone..
We shall all rejoice someday. ❤️

🚨 BEFORE YOU SCROLL… READ THIS 🚨
Are you a man Struggling with low?
performance in the bedroom?
I mean 1 minute man? Then this is for you..
Are you a woman that feels tired all the time? This is for you...I want to tell you this!!
You’re not alone and no, there’s no magic shortcut that works overnight for everyone.. Soak 20 piece of bitter kola in coconut water for three days..then take one shot 3 times daily for 5 days.. you will come back here to testify...

🚨 YOU GO TO THE GYM… BUT YOU’RE STILL DAMAGING YOUR BODY DAILY 😳
Yes, you read that right.
You can work out every single day…
and still be at high risk of early death.
Sounds shocking? Keep reading.
📊 Sitting for more than 8 hours a day can increase your risk of death by up to 60% — even if you exercise.
This isn’t social media hype.
It’s backed by research on over 1 million people.
But here’s the part nobody tells you…
👉 Your 1-hour workout does NOT cancel 10 hours of sitting.
💥 What sitting too long is silently doing to your body:
🔻 Your blood sugar control crashes
Within hours, your body becomes less sensitive to insulin.
That’s how insulin resistance begins not just from sugar, but from staying still.
🔻 Your blood stops flowing properly
Your legs are meant to help pump blood.
When you sit all day, that system shuts down.
Result? • Poor circulation
• Varicose veins
• Increased risk of blood clots
🔻 Your posture breaks down
Tight hips. Weak glutes. Strained lower back.
Forward neck. Compressed spine.
👉 You’re literally training your body to age faster.
🔻 Your digestion slows to a crawl
No movement = slow gut.
Hello: • Bloating
• Constipation
• Discomfort
💭 Now think about this…
Your grandmother didn’t need a gym.
She stayed fit because she MOVED all day: To the market.
To the farm.
Around the house.
Her lifestyle kept her healthy.
Yours?
It’s built around a chair.
⚠️ And that chair might be more dangerous than the foods you’re blaming.
✅ Start fixing it TODAY: • Stand up every 30 minutes
• Walk more
• Stretch often
• Reduce long sitting hours
🔥 Your body was designed for movement — not for stillness.
Don’t ignore this.
Your food matters.
But your movement might matter even more.

Cancer is not a death sentence.
🔥 “My doctor said it was hereditary… but deep down, I knew something wasn’t right.”
So I started digging.
Reading.
Researching.
Paying attention to my own body…
And what I found changed everything.
💔 Cancer is no longer rare.
It’s everywhere now.
Young people. Healthy-looking people. Unexpected diagnoses.
But here’s the part nobody really talks about…
👉 What if it’s not as random as we’ve been told?
I discovered that the body can silently carry harmful triggers for years, until they’re fed by what we eat, breathe, and absorb daily.
⚠️ Toxins.
⚠️ Chemicals.
⚠️ Processed foods.
⚠️ Environmental exposure.
Little by little… they add up.
And over time, the body starts to struggle.
Then I realized something powerful:
✨ The body doesn’t heal when it’s deprived.
✨ The body heals when it’s nourished.
Not with junk.
Not with empty calories.
But with real, living foods.
🥭 Fruits
🥬 Vegetables
🌿 Herbs
🍯 Natural sources of energy
Foods that actually SUPPORT your system, not weaken it.
Here’s the truth that hit me hard:
❌ Starving yourself doesn’t fix the problem
❌ Ignoring your body makes it worse
✅ Nourishing your body strengthens it
✅ Supporting your cells helps them fight back
Now I’m more intentional about what I put into my body:
✔️ More fruits and greens
✔️ More natural, whole foods
✔️ Less processed, chemical-loaded products
And the difference?
I can FEEL it.
💬 This isn’t fear, it’s awareness.
Your body is not your enemy.
It’s doing its best with what you give it.
So the real question is…
👉 What are you feeding your body today?
❤️ If this spoke to you, don’t scroll past.
Someone you love might need to see this. So please share. 💕

SHE THOUGHT IT WAS JUST 'INFECTION'... UNTIL IT BECAME A DEATH SENTENCE.
She was 57.
She sat across from me, calm… almost too calm.
“I’ve just been having some discharge, doctor,” she said.
“Sometimes it’s bloody… especially after in*******se. But it comes and goes. Whenever it starts, I take antibiotics… and it stops.”
That word again.. antibiotics.
Temporary silence for a deeper problem.
Something in my spirit tightened.
This was a woman who had stopped seeing her me**es about 10 years ago. Postmenopausal.
Bleeding at this stage is never something to ignore.
I asked gently, trying not to alarm her.
“Have you ever heard of a Pap smear?”
“Yes,” she said. “But I’ve never done it.”
“HPV vaccine?”
“No… I didn’t think I needed it.”
At that moment, I was hoping, praying.. that my suspicion was wrong.
But medicine has a way of whispering the truth before it shouts it. 😢
On examination, her cervix told a story her words could not hide.
It didn’t look healthy… not even close.
We took samples. Sent them for histology.
Started preparing our minds for what we feared.
Then the result came back.
CERVICAL CANCER..
Advanced.
We didn’t give up.
We fought. We really really fought.
She underwent surgery to reduce the tumor burden.
She went through chemotherapy.
She endured radiotherapy.. far from our facility, in another center.
Money was spent. Strength was drained. Hope… flickered.
There were days of pain.
Days of bleeding.
Days she could barely recognize herself.
And then…
We lost her. 💔
Not because nothing could be done.
But because something wasn’t done early enough.
Here’s the part that breaks my heart the most:
Cervical cancer is one of the most preventable cancers!
It is strongly linked to Human papillomavirus (a sexually transmitted virus) that can stay silent in the body for 10–15 years before showing any signs.
That means you can feel perfectly fine… while the danger is quietly growing.
Let me say this clearly.
If you have ever been sexually active, you do not wait for symptoms.
You go for a Pap smear.
Not because you are sick.
But because you want to stay healthy.
If detected early, abnormal cells can be treated before they become cancer.
And there is more…
There is a vaccine.
A simple, powerful protection against HPV.
You can take it.
Your daughter can take it before she is even sexually exposed.
One of the greatest gifts you can give your girl child is not just education…
It is protection.
Because the truth is..
Cervical cancer does not usually come suddenly.
It gives warnings.
It gives time.
But only to those who are looking.
Don’t wait for bleeding.
Don’t wait for pain.
Don’t wait for regret.
Go for your screening.
Get vaccinated if you are eligible.
Because some battles are not meant to be fought in the hospital…
They are meant to be prevented long before they begin 😊.

🚨 Why Do You Still Feel Tired After a Full Night’s Sleep?
You go to bed on time.
You get 7–8 hours of sleep.
Yet you wake up feeling exhausted, unmotivated, and mentally drained.
This is more common than many people realize and it’s often a sign that something deeper needs attention.
Persistent fatigue is not always about the quantity of sleep, but the quality of your overall lifestyle.
Several factors may be contributing:
• Ongoing stress or mental overload
• Excessive screen time before bedtime
• Poor hydration habits
• Nutrient deficiencies (such as iron or essential vitamins)
• High intake of processed or sugary foods
• Disrupted sleep cycles
Over time, these factors can affect how well your body truly rests and recovers.
Your body is designed to restore itself during sleep. When that process is interrupted, fatigue becomes a daily experience not just an occasional one.
It’s important to pay attention to these signals early and make small, consistent adjustments that support your overall well-being.
💬 How do you typically feel when you wake up in the morning refreshed or still tired?

💬 Be honest… do you wake up feeling tired or refreshed?

CANCER — THE TRUTH PEOPLE NEED TO HEAR
Let’s talk.
Cancer has been recognized for thousands of years, dating as far back as 400 BC. In earlier times, it was mostly described as non-aggressive growths—conditions that became an issue only when they interfered with organ function.
However, over the past few centuries, cancer has evolved into a far more widespread and aggressive disease.
This shift hasn’t happened without reason.
In many cases, cancer may not be entirely random. It can be influenced by a combination of internal and external factors—particularly the interaction between toxins and harmful agents within the body.
Certain viruses can remain dormant for years. But when the body is exposed to continuous stress from:
Heavy metals (such as mercury, aluminum, copper)
Pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides
Petrochemicals and synthetic substances
Environmental pollutants and radiation
…these conditions may create an environment where cellular damage is more likely to occur.
Over time, this damage can contribute to inflammation, mutation, and abnormal cell growth.
WHERE MANY PEOPLE GET IT WRONG
The body requires proper fuel to function effectively.
True healing doesn’t come from deprivation—it comes from nourishment.
Your immune system depends on adequate nutrients to:
Defend
Repair
Restore
Not processed sugars or refined foods—but real, natural sources such as:
Fruits
Vegetables
Herbs
Whole, unprocessed foods
When the body is undernourished, it becomes weaker—not stronger.
When it is properly nourished, it becomes more resilient.
FOODS THAT SUPPORT THE BODY
Focus on clean, plant-rich nutrition:
Fruits (natural energy sources):
Melons, apples, bananas, papaya, mangoes, grapes, berries, pomegranates, oranges, kiwis
Vegetables and greens:
Leafy greens, bell peppers, tomatoes, parsley, asparagus, sweet potatoes
Supportive herbs and foods:
Turmeric, garlic, onions, aloe vera, cucumber juice, hibiscus tea, medicinal herbs
Healthy natural sweeteners:
Raw honey, pure maple syrup
GENERAL NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT
Key nutrients that support overall wellness include:
Vitamin C
Zinc
B vitamins (especially B12)
Selenium
Antioxidants
LIMIT OR AVOID
Highly processed foods
Excess refined sugars
Artificial additives
Chemical exposure (in food and personal care products)
Highly processed oils and GMO products
FINAL MESSAGE
This isn’t about fear—it’s about awareness.
Your body is not working against you. It is responding to how it is being treated.
When you reduce harmful inputs and begin to nourish your body properly, you create an environment where healing becomes more possible.
Take care of your body—and it will take care of you. 🧡✨
Healing becomes possible. 🧡🩷
