Admit When You’re Wrong.

When you admit that you are wrong, you are showing that you are willing to learn and grow from your experiences. It also demonstrates humility and a willingness to listen to others' perspectives. By admitting your mistakes,you are opening the door to constructive dialogue and finding solutions to problems.

There isn’t a person alive who hasn’t made a mistake. Not one. Rather than feel ashamed of yourself or shame others for making mistakes, try learning from them. Own up to them. Embrace them for what they are - valuable life lessons. Apologize when necessary. Then move on.

In school, we learn that mistakes are bad, and we are punished for making them. Yet, if you look at the way humans are designed to learn, we learn by making mistakes. We learn to walk by falling down. If we never fell down, we would never walk. Success does not consist in never making mistakes but in never making the same one a second time. It is only those who do nothing who makes no mistake.

We learn from failure, not from success. Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes because good judgment comes from experience, and experience comes from bad judgment. You can never make the same mistake twice because the second time you make it, it’s not a mistake. It’s a choice. We all face tough times and make bad choices. But it’s how we deal with them that counts.

There’s a misconception that to be confident, you always have to be right. But that’s not true. Confidence turns into pride only when you are in denial of your mistakes. Real confidence lies in acknowledging when you’re wrong and taking it in stride. It shows maturity, responsibility, and a willingness to learn, which are traits that command respect.

One of the basic rules of the universe is that nothing is perfect. Perfection simply doesn’t exist. Without imperfection, nobody would exist. The greatest mistake you can make in life is to be continually fearing that you will make one. If you are afraid to take a chance, please take one anyway. What you don’t do can create the same regrets as the mistakes you make.

Things go wrong. You say things you don’t mean. You do things you don’t want to. But once you wrong someone, apologize. Nothing damages credibility as much as saying something confidently, later admitting that you were wrong, and then trying to shrug it off like it was no big deal. Admitting you’re wrong opens your mind and frees your soul. Say you’re sorry more, it gives you strength to face tomorrow, and this will make you have little or no problems.

Being wrong isn’t the strongest or weakest thing we do; it’s our reaction to not being right that defines us. When life knocks us down, we should get back up, apologize for what went wrong, and embrace that tomorrow is a fresh new start .

SCORING GOALS.

Like any sports ,victory in the game of life is to score goals.Your life and endeavours will weary you when you are not scoring goals and hitting your target.

Goals are targets with set time/ period. Many have things they want to accomplish but don't have time attached to it. That can be at most an expectation but not a goal. No wonder they easily forget that they have not attained it because there was no time frame for it in the first place.

As you reflect, think on these;

*There's time for everything under heaven. You will be undermining your strength and abilities if you aren't challenging your capacity by setting time to things you want to accomplish.

*You are not in competition against anyone but against time. As in a relay race ,those who always lead are those who train to reach the finish line within a time frame no one has done, by so doing also win the trophy.

*Do you have goals for 2020 or just expectation and wishes or even prayer points for the year?

*Goals are key points with set time you are trusting to partner with God to accomplish. Its different from wishes, expectations or even prayer points that you are passively waiting for God or others to favour you to get.

*Nothing gives a man focus like well defined goals. How would you know when you are deviating or when you are advancing without your goals being before you?

*In this mid year season ,its time to have a strategic meeting with yourself to evaluate how far you have gone with your goals for 2020.

*Challenges and unforseen oppositions against you does not call for you to abandon your goals and projects ,but calls for strategic thinking to reinvent yourself, plans and strategies in pursuing to score the goals you have set.

*Go back to the drawing board, pick up your goal book for the year, if you don't have any its time to sketch one, it will amaze you how enthusiasm, passion, and strength will be stirred to drive you to accomplishments.

*We still have a long way ahead of us this year. The best time of the year just began. Summer is around the corner.The time for the full harvest of the year just started.
