I’m very particular (maybe too particular) about the skin. I invest most of my time studying and understanding what it needs per time. My average skin prep time is 20-25 mins. Makeup is more than just pouring in products, but also ensuring the necessary products have settled properly. I find my art tending more into dewy looks (not limited to) because I want my clients to maintain that hydration for the period the makeup is still on.
The inner “glow” radiates through the foundation as it should for a well prepped skin. The goal isn’t the “glow”, it is the confirmation of hydration which aids the makeup in lasting for as long as possible. 👌🏼
