When you're faced with challenging tasks or going through a big change, stress and anxiety might make you want to stay in your room and in bed.

And that's okay. Here are two tips to help -

1) Reach out: Text a friend. You don't have share your troubles, but it could help in making you feel better.

2) Write it out: Lean into your emotions by writing down your stresses and worries. It can help you dissect what you're feeling and provide you with a way forward.

That's just marginally less than half of the our life expectancy, which is estimated at 72.91 years (United Nations)! Why should you be concerned?👇

Excessive screen time:

1) Puts you at higher risk of depression (above 6 hours a day)
2) Disrupts your sleep, and could lead to insomnia
3) Create addictive behaviors, leading to a decrease in ability to cope with/modify mood
