I've tried a few ways to be calm. Some of those are practicing mindfulness, a special breathing technique, or shift your energy and focus to a different activity such as sport and yoga...

They all proved to work - one way or another. And I finally learn what works for me - which is a combination of breathing techniques and sport! 😌 🌺
