work transformative, helping to move and open obstacles & (old)patterns.
Release tensions and giving insights (in even ancestral stories/layers)

Allowing space for yourself physically, spiritually and emotionally.

This is an embodied breath practise, I will support as a bodyworker with touch and presence.
Creating a soft and safe space to travel deep in gentleness.
