Dear Clients,

To ensure every appointment runs smoothly and comfortably, please read the following booking policy.

📅 Appointments
• Appointments are available by prior booking only.
• Your appointment is confirmed once the date and time have been agreed upon.

⏰ Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

👤 Please come to your appointment without accompanying persons.
To ensure a calm and comfortable environment for all clients, please attend your appointment alone.

💄 Makeup Appointments
• Please arrive without makeup or be prepared to remove it before the appointment.

👁 Lash Extension Appointments
• Please arrive with clean lashes and without any eye makeup.

⏳ Punctuality
• Please arrive on time.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled.

⚠️ Contraindications
• I reserve the right to refuse the service if I notice any contraindications that may affect your safety or the quality of the treatment.

Beste klanten,

Om iedere afspraak prettig en professioneel te laten verlopen, verzoek ik je onderstaande afspraken door te nemen.

📅 Afspraken
• Behandelingen vinden uitsluitend plaats op afspraak.
• Je afspraak is definitief nadat deze is bevestigd.

⏰ Annuleren of verzetten
• Annuleer of verzet je afspraak minimaal 24 uur van tevoren.
• Bij een te late annulering of het niet verschijnen kan bij een volgende afspraak een aanbetaling worden gevraagd.

👤 Kom alleen naar je afspraak, zonder begeleiders.
Om rust en comfort voor alle klanten te waarborgen, verzoek ik je zonder begeleiders naar de afspraak te komen.

💄 Make-up
• Kom bij voorkeur zonder make-up of zorg ervoor dat deze gemakkelijk verwijderd kan worden.

👁 Wimperextensions
• Kom met schone wimpers en zonder oogmake-up.

⏳ Op tijd komen
• Kom op tijd.
• Bij een vertraging van meer dan 15 minuten kan de behandeling worden ingekort of verplaatst.

⚠️ Contra-indicaties
• Ik behoud mij het recht voor om de behandeling te weigeren wanneer er contra-indicaties worden vastgesteld die de veiligheid of het resultaat van de behandeling kunnen beïnvloeden.
