1. Appointments

2.1. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
2.2. No-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.

3. Deposits

3.1. A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain appointments (e.g., new clients, weekend bookings).
3.2. Deposits are non-refundable in case of no-shows or last-minute changes (less than 24 hours’ notice).
3.3. Deposits will be refunded or transferred if the salon cancels the appointment.

4. Punctuality

4.1. Please arrive on time.
4.2. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or canceled service.

5. Hygiene & Safety

5.1. The salon adheres to strict hygiene standards.
5.2. Clients must notify the technician of any nail issues, infections, or allergies before the service.

6. Complaints

6.1. Any issues must be reported within 3 days of the service.
6.2. Complaints will be reviewed individually. The salon is not responsible for damage caused by improper nail care.
