It is with a heavy heart that I must share some news with you. After many beautiful years of working together, it is time for me to bid farewell to this chapter of my life. The journey we have shared has been filled with memorable moments, challenges, and achievements that I will always cherish.

As much as I have enjoyed every moment spent serving you, there comes a time when we must prioritise our health and well-being above all else. Over the past year, I have been facing a personal struggle with my health. My body has been under immense pressure from the demands of work, and despite my best efforts to cope, I have come to realise that I am no longer in control.

Taking the month of April off was a pivotal moment for me. It allowed me the time and space to reflect on my situation and come to terms with the fact that I need to prioritise my physical and mental health. It has become clear to me that continuing down this path would only lead to further harm to myself.

Therefore, after much contemplation and soul-searching, I have made the difficult decision to step away from my work from May the 1st and my booking schedule will not longer be accessible. All bookings will be cancelled, and in the case of any prepaid appointments through Treatwell, the money will be refunded.

This decision was not made lightly, but it is a necessary step towards ensuring my well-being and happiness.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support, understanding, and loyalty throughout the years. Your trust in me and your patronage have meant the world to me, and I will always hold our time together in high regard.

While this may be the end of our professional relationship, please know that the memories we have created and the connections we have formed will always hold a special place in my heart. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of your lives and to have served you to the best of my ability.

I want to assure you that, although I am stepping away from my current role, I am not disappearing or going anywhere. I am always reachable for a chat or a coffee, as many of you have become a significant part of my life, and I genuinely care for each and every one of you.

As I embark on this new chapter of self-care and healing, I hope for your understanding and continued support. Thank you for being a part of this journey with me, and I wish you all the best in your future endeavours.
