Wheatgrass Dette næringsrike gresset inneholder totalt 17 aminosyrer og 70 % klorofyll. Det er en rik naturlig kilde til vitamin A og C.
Hvetegress inneholder 92 av de 102 mineralene som finnes i jord og har et høyt innhold av blant annet kalsium, fosfor, jern magnesium og kalium. Hvetegress har mer vitamin C enn appelsiner og dobbelt så mye vitamin A som gulerøtter. Det er usedvanlig rikt på vitamin E, K og B-kompleks. Det er også en naturlig kilde til laetrile (B-17).

Helt MAD FRA PAPIRAVISEN: Først introdusere hun nordmenn for den amerikanske bagelen. Nå vil hun ha oss til å drikke hvetegress. Egentlig ville Rebecca Mahboubi starte et prosjekt for å hjelpe innvandrerkvinner til å starte egen virksomhet, men hun møtte liten entusiasme hos NAV.
