💅 “I have very short, bitten nails… can you make them look nice for the summer season?”

I hear this question very often. 🤍

This young client came to me with very short, bitten nails and damaged cuticles. She wanted beautiful nails for the coming summer season. ☀️🌸

Because her nail plate is quite wide, I suggested an almond shape. It would make her nails look longer and slimmer. However, she knew exactly what she wanted — a classic square French manicure. 🤍

And you know what? They are HER nails. 😊

So instead of trying to change her mind, I focused on creating the most delicate and elegant look possible. I chose the right length, gel color, and French line width to make the nails look slimmer and more balanced. ✨

Finally, I added a small decoration on one nail — exactly as she wanted. 🌸

The final result is a combination of professional advice and the client’s wishes.

Because the most beautiful nail design is the one that makes its owner feel good. ❤️ And for me, the best feeling is when we are both happy with the final result. That is the energy I always want at the end of every appointment. ✨

For more than 20 years, I have been creating nails for women who love elegance, class, and natural beauty. Even back then, I was looking for a softer and more natural version of the classic French manicure.

This is how I created styles where the smile line was almost invisible, but the effect was beautiful, soft, and elegant.

Today, this technique is known as Soft French Nika Technique, and I am happy to see it becoming popular again.
