In my own opinion, I don’t agree with strict DIET.
Choose a diet that is attainable and possible for you to do for the rest of your life. Life is short to deprive ourselves to enjoy the food we love to eat. EAT PROPER FOOD IN THE RIGHT TIME ☺️ BALANCE DIET is still the BEST DIET ☺️
