Le Tamor Resort & Spa which is under construction is seeking to hire the below position :
Post : PROJECT MANAGER
Nos. : 1
Job Location : Dhankuta
Qualification : Graduate in Civil Engineering
Working Experience : 3-5 Years of work experience in green field projects.
Job Responsibility :
1. Site Clearance & Management
2. Help in contour mapping & soil testing
3. Liaising with government authorities for approval of building plans
4. Liaising for environmental clearance
5. Liaising with Architect for their on-site requirements & assessments
6. Liaising with Contract for all civil related works
7. Procurement support the local teams
8. Site Supervision during construction phase
9. Material Audits and inventory management
10. Liaising between contractor, architect, engineers, consultants and local staff
11. Day to day monitoring of Project progress and providing daily report to the promotors and consulting company
