The Police Belong to the State, Not to Any Individual: DSP Prasanna Raj Chaudhary Deserves Respect, Not Punishment

The statement made by DSP Prasanna Raj Chaudhary, the chief of the Area Police Office in Sukhad, Kailali, was not a mistake. Rather, it was an excellent example of professionalism. Although some may feel that his choice of words did not show enough respect, what he said reflects what the author believes to be the truth. He has set an example of courage and impartiality for the next generation of police officers.

The police are not the personal organization of any political party or individual; they are the protectors of the law and the people. He had the courage to speak this fundamental principle. He is an inspiration to the younger generation entering the police service. If speaking the truth leads to punishment, how can justice survive in the country?

Therefore, nothing should be done to undermine DSP Chaudhary's morale. He deserves respect and recognition, not disciplinary action.
