WEAVING WITH THE ELEMENTS. An online program.
With Ahin by Gabi Flores and Anna Waterbird

Through the years, we have each followed lineages that taught us to relate to Fire, Water, Earth and Air not simply as ideas, but through the body, practice, voice, movement and direct experience.

When we met, we became curious about the different ways our lineages approach the Elements and about what they might reveal when brought into conversation.

Weaving with the Elements is a four-month online journey to explore our relationship with the Elements through:

Voice Alchemy · Somatics · Internal Alchemy of Qi Gong · Meditation · Elemental Wisdom · Self-inquiry

How this will be unfolding ?

We will meet twice a month for 2 hours, moving between guided practices, exploration, teaching and reflection.

Each session will bring us into relationship with one Element through the body, breath, voice, energy and awareness.

You will also receive:

— 8 live online sessions
— Recordings of every session
— A private community space for questions, connection and ongoing guidance
— Songs, practices and other resources to continue exploring between sessions

WHEN

Starting September 15
Online · 4 months
8 live sessions · 2 hours each

Gabi Flores & Anna Waterbird

If you feel curious about exploring the Elements not from a distance, but through direct experience, we would love to have you with us.

Through the years we, Anna Waterbird and Ahin by Gabi Flores have found lineages that gave direction to our paths, where Fire, Water, Earth and Air are not simply ideas or metaphors, but ways of relating to the living world, through the body, through practice, through song, through ceremony and through direct experience.

When we met, we didn’t find the differences in our approaches as something that separated us. Instead, we found a fascination in how different cultures relate to the Elements in their own unique ways and how, beneath those differences, we might not be so far apart.

Even if we no longer live within the ancestral or land-based communities from which many of these relationships emerged, we are still part of the same living world.

Weaving with the Elements was born from this curiosity.

A four-month journey to explore our relationship with the Elements through somatics, voice, Internal Alchemy Qi Gong, meditation, self-inquiry and elemental wisdom.

Not to study the Elements from a distance, but to explore what happens when we begin to meet them, listen to them and build a relationship with them.

🔥 Fire · 💧 Water · 🌿 Earth · 🌬 Air

Weaving with the Elements

"This is not a massage."
I've heard that many times.

So what is Thai Massage?
It's not stretching, even though stretching may be part of it. It's not movement, even though movement is involved. Just as your arm isn't your whole body, these techniques are only fragments of a much larger practice.
At its core, Thai Massage as I received it, is the art of listening.
Not only to the physical body, but to the energetic body. To the places that ask for space, for softness, for support, and sometimes for nothing at all.
For that reason, the practitioner matters.

How can we truly listen if we haven't cultivated stillness within ourselves? How can we perceive another person's rhythm if we don't recognize our own? Before learning techniques, there is a lifelong practice of developing presence, equanimity, perception, and the capacity to remain available without imposing.

Traditional Thai Massage wasn't built on fixed sequences. It was transmitted through direct experience, sensitivity, and relationship. That is what, to me, distinguishes someone who simply moves a body from someone devoted to the practice.

I feel deeply grateful to have learned from teachers who preserved this understanding and embodied it with integrity.

So if you come for a session with me, you won't simply receive rubbing, pressing, or stretching. You will meet a practitioner committed to co-creating the conditions where the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic dimensions of your being can come into dialogue, not as separate parts, but as expressions of one living whole.

For many years, I thought learning meant doing as many courses as I could.

I was curious and passionate, wanting to understand more about the body, movement, meditation, touch, and the inner world.

Looking back, I see that what truly shaped me was not the number of trainings I completed, but allowing those teachings to become part of how I live, listen, and relate.

Each of my teachers has left a different imprint. Through Thai Massage, I learned that touch is not about applying techniques, but about listening. Through Internal Alchemy of Qi Gong, I discovered a deeper relationship with presence and the body's subtle intelligence. Meditation continues to remind me that awareness is not about reaching extraordinary states, but becoming more intimate with each moment.

This training in Sicily is born from that journey.

It is not simply about learning Thai Massage. It is an exploration of touch as a conversation — a dialogue that invites presence, responsiveness, and curiosity rather than a fixed sequence.

For eight days, we will immerse ourselves in a beautiful permaculture project in Sicily, surrounded by nature, nourished by organic food from the land, and close to the turquoise waters of San Vito Lo Capo.

Alongside Thai Massage, we will practice yoga, meditation, and Internal Alchemy of Qi Gong, creating space to integrate and deepen rather than rushing from one technique to the next.

We will also connect with the wisdom of the land through a herbal and plant alchemy workshop with our hosts, exploring medicinal plants and the preparation of herbal oils.

I’m grateful that this journey will be co-created with Clara Reichertz, whose sensitivity, experience, and approach beautifully complement this work. Together, we bring different perspectives into a shared exploration of touch, presence, and listening.

I hope this week becomes a space to slow down, reconnect, refine our hands, deepen our practice, and remember that the quality of our presence is as important as the techniques we learn.

If this resonates with you, we would love to welcome you to Sicily this September.

Send me a message if you’d like to know more.

I'm grateful to be joining the Healing Village at Medicine Festival this year.

Medicine Festival is a gathering that celebrates connection—to ourselves, each other, and the natural world. Through music, movement, ceremony, talks, and embodied practices, it brings together a community exploring ways of living with greater presence, care, and awareness.

During the festival I'll be offering Embodied Alchemy and Deep Thai Massage

My work draws on more than 10 years of study and practice, weaving together Thai Massage, Cranial Biodynamics, Qi Gong, somatic inquiry, and Hermetic Healing. Each session is shaped by what is present in the moment, supporting the unwinding of deeply held patterns and inviting a deeper relationship with the intelligence of the body.

If you'd like to receive a session during the festival, you can book in advance through the link below:

I look forward to meeting you there.

Sacred Cœur began as a contemplation.

Last year, after spending several months working deeply with the Black and White Mirror framework inspired by Franz Bardon, I finished with a much clearer understanding of myself and of the qualities I wanted to cultivate. Yet something still remained.

Life didn't seem to fit so neatly into black and white columns.

During one of our classes, Aline shared a reflection that stayed with me:
"What if there were no boxes?"

We spend so much of our lives placing ourselves inside boxes, only to use even more energy trying to get back out of the ones we created.

During one of my practices with Marissa, my heart field opened in a way I had never experienced before. A question arose—perhaps an impossible one, perhaps a beautiful utopia:

What if I related to myself, to others, and to life itself from an open heart?

Almost immediately, the words Sacred Cœur appeared.

The inquiry became:
We often say, "Live from the heart." But what does that actually mean?
What might become possible if we dedicated just one moment each week to sincerely contemplating that question?

Then came my journey to Nepal.

Meeting the nuns at Nagi Gompa, with smiles as bright as the sun and hearts that seemed as vast as the sky, something settled inside me.

I thought, Let's do it.
Let's have the courage to begin this contemplation together.

For three months we gathered online, exploring different aspects of what it means to relate to ourselves with greater honesty and presence. My invitation was never simply, "Feel." It was:

Relate to what you feel. Bring it into your life.

I'm feeling incredibly grateful after these three months of guiding the Sacred Cœur container.

For our final session, we explored the quality of courage.

I believe it takes great courage in today's world not simply to say, "I want to feel aligned," or, "I'll commit when everything aligns." Courage is choosing to bring intention and willingness to that alignment before life feels perfectly arranged.

Because this path asks something of us.
