UN General Assembly on 11 March 2026, adopted "April 15" as "International Wellness Day" proposed by Nepal to promote a holistic approach to health, encompassing physical, mental, social, ecological, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This initiative is also linked with SDG 3 - "Good Health and Well-Being.
