After a two-week residency in Nepal where artists shared their practice, worked on ideas and new work, Lukamari/Hide and Seek has emerged. Lukamari/Hide and Seek questions the timeline of childhood through a q***r lens, returning to a place before constant correction and expectation. Through memories, objects, photographs, movement, and music, five artists explore childhood as an ongoing space of freedom, magic, and possibility, asking what remains of that wonder after we learn the rules of adulthood and how we can reimagine the timeline of possibility and imagination.
