Meet Tegan, the lovely face behind Alta Aesthetics and your go-to for cosmetic injectables at Harmony.

With five years of nursing experience and a background in the operating theatre, Tegan brings plenty of clinical knowledge, a gentle approach and a very good eye for natural-looking results.

She’ll be joining us in clinic one a month on a Tuesday, ready to chat through your options and create a treatment plan that still feels like you, just a little fresher.

Harmony Skin and Beauty is incredibly proud to partner with Sanctum7, a seven-day wellness retreat held within Earnscleugh Castle in Central Otago.

Across six thoughtfully planned nights, guests will have access to 12 experts spanning nutrition, breathwork, yoga, sleep, naturopathy, massage, sound healing, herbal medicine and metabolic health.

Harmony will be there during every retreat, providing expert facials and spa pampering through personalised, one-on-one treatments within the privacy of the castle.
