*DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE- 60 minutes
Deep tissue massage targeted at all areas which need that extra care and attention. Tailored to your comfort level to produce a therapeutic effect for your overall wellness. Helps reduce knots built up, aiding better movement and flexibility.

* ENERGY HEALING SESSION - 60 minutes
This session is an intuitively guided energy healing session. Focusing on balancing the main energy centres of your body which affects all areas of your system including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It aids the holistic healing of promoting overall health within our bodies. This acknowledges that we are both body and soul. Clients remain fully clothed however feet and head will be massaged if desired. Can help in ascension and personal growth to know oneself better but you don’t need to be a believer to receive its benefits. Very relaxing and clients often experience a lightness to their body.
