Happy Birthday to Lift Me Up 🎈
5 years ago today, I decided to treat my little face massage hobby a bit more seriously and… started the LMU Instagram account 😄
(This was nearly 3 years after my initial Kobido training, & 2+ years of practicing in friends and friends of friends!;))
It’s been a slow, but steady growth. ❤️
As a jack of many trades, I don’t always have time for the business (or for social media!), but building Lift Me Up from scratch - and learning everything as I went - has given me sooo much joy & fulfilment (and sometimes a headache, too!;)) over the years. 🙃
Huge THANKS to each and every one of you ❤️ for being here, for coming to learn from me, and for letting me pamper your beautiful faces…!!!

After a little bit of drama and a lot of back-and-forth with my usual course venue… (ending with a realisation they had double booked and can no longer host us on the chosen dates🤣)

It’s been a long time coming - i LOVE the space and the people responsible for it (have even been a member - or, a “button”😉 - since the very beginning, even though I hardly ever attend events haha!!..) and am soooo happy to finally do something (…no less than the Lift Me Up signature face massage training!!..🤪) in this funky, creative hub and its amazing energy. 🤗✨
