As many of you know, I put a lot of time, care, and love into my little business, so moving forward I’ll now be taking deposits for all appointments when booking.

Unfortunately, no-shows and last-minute cancellations have a big impact on small businesses like mine, so deposits will be forfeited if this occurs (within reason). Repeat no-shows may also result in additional charges before future bookings can be made.
