It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that Wild Hair & Sleek Quartz Hub will be permanently closing due to current outbreak .

With our residential home being a place of business . It really does hit home , we feel that permanently closing is the most safest and sensible option .

To protect the health and wellness of everyone, to help prevent the spread of the current outbreak of Covid-19 . The best we know how to .

While no exact date has been yet determined . This will most likely come into effect after servicing our last prepaid booking .

Our social media outlets will still stay active for a period of time to inform everyone of the news .

We are so sorry that our services will no longer be available, but very thankful and appreciative to everyone that supported us throughout our journey .

To all our valued clients, your comfort and safety is our main priority. We have been closely monitoring the circumstances and government recommendations regarding COVID-19.
A note to our clients,
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, current and on going community outbreaks we wanted to give you an update on the changes we are making in the salon to ensure your safety is our main priority. Effective immediately we will be temporarily reducing our business hours . During these times we will do everything we can to keep our team and our clients safe .

If you are unwell, have recently returned from overseas travel or have come into contact with someone with COVID-19, please reschedule, even if you do not have any symptoms. We will help to accommodate you at a time that suits.
We are closely monitoring the government and industry advice, and have made some changes in how we operate under their best guidance.

* We are temporarily reducing our business hours effective immediately.
* All team members / clients are required to sign in via Covid app tracer on arrival . Face masks must be worn at all times during treatment process .
* We are taking extra care to ensure we are sanitizing and cleaning between each client in the chairs.
* We have hand sanitizer – please use these, as much and as often as you can .
* Our team are following government recommendations, and will all be isolating if they show flu-like symptoms, so we ask for your patience and understanding if we need to reschedule your appointment.

As always, community works best when we band together to help each other. As such, we have a few ways we can offer to help, if you are sick, self-isolating, or quarantined:
* If you need to reschedule an upcoming appointment, please get in touch and we will accommodate a change
* If you are running low on hair products and cannot visit the salon, we can arrange delivery or shipping so your hair can still look fabulous

* Reach out to us if there is something we can do for you, and we will do our best in this trying time to help.

All set for this busy mum’s work , family routine running from A - Z with her daughter’s sporting commitments . Most definitely reaping all that and more from her treatments and products .
