APRIL CLOSURE SCHEDULE

During the school Holidays from the Fri 3rd April to Fri -17th I will not be working due to exterior renovation work being done on my house - it will be incredibly noisy and not appropriate for me to undertake any Clinic sessions. That being said if the the weather turns I may put up last minuet times and sessions.
So going forward for Mid April and May please start booking in your regular sessions and appointment times so we can ensure you only miss 1 or 2 weeks maximum if you are a weekly or fortnightly client.

The IT band can be tricky to release... So, to target it properly give this foam roll variation a try. If the pressure is too intense then simply back off by laying a foot flat on the ground.
