Winter is definitely here and now the cooler months are upon us it is the perfect time to consider slightly more intensive treatment options, to really elevate results.

If you know my page then you will already know Microneedling is my all time favourite treatment protocol.
I have been performing this treatment for over 25 years ! I've been a Trainer in this modality and helped launch one of very first Needling Devices in to the NZ Market so experience is vast and have performed hundreds of treatments.

Gosh where has that time gone! It feels like only yesterday I eagerly awaiting the arrival of my very first client.

There have been moments where I didn't think I would make it (thanks COVID) but I was so dam passionate about giving this little island paradise somewhere to go that was a peaceful retreat that delivered incredible skin changing outcomes.

And here I am 4 years on and my business is going from strength to strength.

This time of the year plays havoc with are skin's. Change of season is always the very best time to ensure you are using the correct home plan to ensure your skin is in tip top shape for the colder winter months ahead.

I am seeing so many impaired skin barrier's at the moment which in turns leads to unnecessary inflammation, redness and irritation.

How do you know your barrier is impaired, well quite simply your skin will be feeling rubbish. 🙃

But if you are unsure here are a few things to look out for;
Dryness (scaly roughness)
Irritated (maybe even a little itchy)
Redness (those pink cheeks aren't necessarily that cute anymore)
Acne (the skin is presenting angry)

Small adjustments to your home care products can make the world of difference, perhaps a change in Cleanser, Moisturiser or adding a nutrient dense oil can all be just the ticket to get you glow back.

Of course the advice of a dedicated skin professional is ultimately the key 🙌
