Our warehouse and distribution centre is currently closed for the duration of the current Level 4 lockdown occurring in New Zealand. During this time, we are unable to process or dispatch any online orders until we move down the alert levels and lockdown is lifted.

Orders placed before Tuesday 17th August, 2 pm, should have received a shipping confirmation with the tracking details for their order.

If you did not receive this tracking confirmation, your order was not able to be processed and shipping before the move to Level 4. This means that we will be unable to get your order until we move down the Covid-19 Alert Levels and out of this lockdown. We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and we are excited to get your orders out to you as soon as it is safe for us to do so.
