My second time in postpartum matresence, how will it look?
I love that this postpartum has already been wildly different than the first, girlie loves a challenge?! 🤣 but in all seriousness everything from the birth to now having TWO beautiful little humans to look after has once again opened me up in new ways and I'm no longer who I was as a mother, im constantly evolving.
It's been much longer than last time when I started steaming at six weeks postpartum. My body felt like it had been hit by a freight train this time round plus the addition for my tamāhine of my tama has been a journey in itself. Second child things 🤣🥰

It's been a long time between posts but this felt like a good place to start! 👋🏼
5 years ago I started on my womb health journey after ridiculously painful periods. I found yoni steaming on Instagram, and was instantly connected to it. A huge fire was lit and the more I learnt the more healing I experienced, and only after a few months I went from hating, ignoring and avoiding my menstrual cycles to loving on them, even looking forward to them!
Then 4 years ago I realised how connected a healthy cycle was to conceiving and how naturally I was able to start weaving this beautiful practice into pregnancy and postpartum.
Its good to be back in this space and I'm so keen to support women with yoni steam therapy!
