Nanny Nans Unveiling

Kia Ora Whanau its been some time since we have posted on here so I thought I would get the ball rolling. We don't have much time left time to sort Our Nani Nan final resting place so I am asking everyone if we can have a Whanau Hui to start discussing ideas and what people would like to have a input into Nan head stone design and everything else. Also Bank account is up and running now Whanau and only 1 Whanau memeber has started putting into the account I myself have started from next week onwards an automatic payment so we do need to start on this but we can discuss all these kind of matters at the Whanau Hui. We have so much to get thru and not a lot of time so please if you all could get back to me Atawhai on attending the Whanau Hui which will be on the 9TH OCTOBER at 5pm that is next week I will sort out a ZOOM CONFERENCE CALL ONLINE so that everyone can attend. If you want to have a say and a input into Nan then please attend Whanau its for our QUEEN. Anywho I hope everyone has been jolly and well and love you all.

Unveiling date: 21/10/2023.

Labour's weekend as that's our 👸 birthday weekend. It'll be her 90th so thought what better way to celebrate her then on this weekend.

Celebration: Some of us are thinking instead of doing a big kai and all the mahi involved in that maybe we organize catering of some sort for this day. Anyone got some suggestions around this please whanau?

$$$ amount. Looking at around the $7-10K mark for this whanau. Reason being this is a good amount to aim for for a few reasons. 1 being everything involved in the mahi of our mums headstone from start to finish. From nails, boxing, concert etc right upto wording on her head stone. Any patai please post.

We're looking at getting a holiday home for Koro Randle and all our whanau from down Kahungungu. Our mum/ nan/ queen always has and always will be queen down there with our whanau so it's only fitting we treat them the same as this is what she would of wanted.

Also waiting on WINZ for money back from mums tangi. Been waiting on them for a lil while now hence the late post. If it comes it comes. If not carry on whanau.
