Key ingredients: Our eczema cream is made with softening and nourishing Shea butter, healing Calendula and H**p seed oils, cooling Aloe vera gel, Chamomile, and Cucumber hydrosols, Hyaluronic Acid and a blend of Bergamot and Lavender essential oils that are great for fighting irritations and unwinding the mind.

The 2nd picture shows Jessica, who has suffered from eczema since she was young and had tried a lot of eczema treatments that didn’t suit her. She tried our eczema cream and this is the result after only 7 days.

Use: As often as needed. With clean and dry fingers 😊

It’s time to ditch the term anti-aging out of our vocabulary. NOTHING (yet) is anti-aging. You can’t reverse this process but you can help soothe and slow down the premature signs of aging. With age, our skin becomes lazy and produces less collagen and hyaluronic acid. The skin will become thinner, drier, and will lose its elasticity, which will cause wrinkles formation.

You need to feed your skin highly moisturizing and hydrating ingredients that will also boost collagen production.

Key ingredients:
- Calendula and Jojoba oils are wonderful oils for soothing and moisturising, they will nourish dry skin and soothe irritations.
- Rosehip and H**p seeds work so well together. While Rosehip is rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants, which promote tissue and cell regeneration in the skin, H**p seed oil will restore the skin barrier and help it to retain moisture.
- Hyaluronic acid and Vitamin C are active ingredients that will boost soft tissue growth, collagen production, elasticity, and scar reduction.
- Lavender, Frankincense, and Bergamot essential oils all promote healing and regeneration of skin cells. Together they help soothe fine lines and wrinkles.

Use: Apply day and night after cleansing and toning with circular movements on your face, neck, and decollete.

Store: In a dry and cool place away from sunlight.

Did you know? Every month, your skin renews itself. The superficial layer of your skin sheds dead cells and replaces them with new ones. Flaky patches and dry skin can be caused if the dead cells don’t shed. You can help speed up this turnover by removing dead cells from the surface of your skin: This is called exfoliation. Exfoliation should be part of your skincare routine, once to twice a week.

Key ingredients:
- Cocoa and shea butter are wonderful moisturizers, they keep the skin supple and soft and enhance its elasticity.
- Sunflower and coconut oils are both extremely nourishing and have healing properties.
- Sugar and poppy seeds are both natural and gentle exfoliators that work together to remove toxins and dead cells and they can prevent ingrown hairs before shaving.
- Blend of Lemon, Orange, and Grapefruit essential oils: this citrus blend is detoxifying. It’s been proven that Lemon essential oil helps remove lactic acid from the body and has a toning effect on the skin. Grapefruit and Orange promote collagen production and lymphatic drainage. The smell of this blend is reviving and refreshing for the mind, alleviating stress and tensions and uplifting the mood.

Massaging your body with this scrub will not only increase blood circulation but will also promote lymphatic drainage to release toxins and fight cellulite, water retention, and even stretch marks.

Use: In the shower, massage your body with a generous amount of scrub from your neck to your toes. Don’t exfoliate if you have cuts, wounds, or sunburns. I don’t recommend using this scrub on your face as it is formulated for the skin of your body, the exfoliating agents could be too harsh on your face.

Storage: In a dry and cool place away from sunlight. The body scrub doesn’t contain any preservatives. It is very important that the product in the container doesn’t come in contact with water. Just take the amount you need in the shower with you!

‘End of the day’ routine: Cleanse your face and your soul!

At the end of the day, your skin has been through many exterior disturbances (sunscreen, make-up, pollution, dirt). Start your skincare routine by getting rid of them, as well as all the tensions you have accumulated.

Key ingredients:
- Sunflower oil is a non-comedogenic oil, which means it won’t clog your pores, making it suitable for oily skin and acne-prone conditions. Packed with antioxidants, it is very nourishing and softening for the skin.
- Castor oil has the power to attract dirt and helps with detoxification. It is an amazing makeup remover and has healing and skin-thickening properties.
- Mandarin and Lavender essential oils are calming both for the mind and the skin. Lavender can heal and regenerate cells while Mandarin is known to reduce acne, scars, pigmentation, and the appearance of oily skin.

Use: Use as a first cleanse to remove dirt and make-up. Massage onto the face for about 1 minute to promote blood circulation and remove with a damp cotton pad or warm flannel to get extra exfoliation.
