Brow Theory

For all our lovely clients that have a booking for December, lots of info ahead but please read to avoid disappointment.

✨️ Please arrive on time
If you are more than 5-10mins late we may not be able to do your full treatment or none at all. We are fully booked and we need to stay on time so the day works well for everyone and we don't have any wriggle room this time of year.

✨️ Parking and travel
Please allow extra time for December traffic madness! We have some marked client carparks, but we can't guarantee a spot will be available during silly season. There is a carpark building at the end of our street, there is 2hrs free parking at the mall and paid on-street parking surrounding us, please allow time for parking.

✨️ Please arrive alone
We are a full house and the waiting area will be full too so we unfortunately can't accommodate any extra people. We kindly ask you to come to your appointment by yourself.

✨️ Mascara & Makeup
We would love if you could remove any mascara especially prior to your appointment with us, we do have a makeup removal station set up in the bathroom if you need it when you arrive.

✨️ Waxing Requirements
We can't wax your brows if you are currently using active skincare like retinol/vitamin A, please stop using this at least 2 weeks prior to your brow appointment.  We will need to tweeze and this won't be as optimal results as wax.

✨️ Please be kind
We are only human and we are trying our very best to make sure all you beautiful people get seen and pampered for the holidays. We appreciate your support and can't wait to see you!

Christmas is getting close 🎄 (I know!) which means it's time to think about where your appointments all fit in, especially for Lash Lifts & Brow Lami's 🤩

There are only enough weeks left in the year for two Lash Lifts or Brow Laminations cause you have to wait 8 weeks between them.

If you book your next one before 20th of October you can get a Lash Lift or Brow Lami in December, yay!

If you get one after the 20th of October you will not be able to get a fresh one for December so please keep this in mind as you need 8 weeks between lifts.

And also book those Brow appointments in around 3-4 weekly so you will be looking your best for all those Xmas parties! 🥂💃
