I just got reacquainted with this absolute skincare legend …. Elizabeth Arden ‘s Eight Hour Cream. It’s the absolute bomb on dry chapped lips. I’ve never found anything better. I use it on hands and cuticles too. Has a medicinal smell which I kinda love. If you suffer from dry lips over winter, give this a try! I also put it on before bed x

Healthy hydration is about the water you hold in your body, not just the water you drink that passes straight through.

Eating foods that contain a high percentage of water (fruits and veg) enables you to absorb the water more efficiently.

Meaning the water we get from foods stays in our bodies for longer and of course you will be getting the added benefits of minerals, vitamins and fibre.

When I created my space, the intention was always to provide a place for others to enjoy some "me-time". A space to relax, to look after you, a beautiful space to unwind and rejuvenate. A space you look forward to visiting, a space you prioritise visiting for you. Life is busy, we give so much to others, time, energy and thought.
