I know your busy but squeeze in 15mim. Your body, mind and your mood will thank you for it. Let's not over think it, let's just do it 💕

Do a little warm up (60sec star jumps, marching or jogging on the spot).

All this is 50sec and 10sec Rest.
1. Squats, set 2-3 can add a jump if you want more
2. Lunges, set 2-3 can do jump lunges or a jump into the middle and out
3. Press ups on your knees to make sure your technique is right, but if you'd rather be on your toes, go you ☺️
4. Plank walks
5. Half Burpies - if jumping is not your thing walk out the Burpies

Do this set 3x or if you would love 20 min do it 4x

When you crush your workout, you don't need to smell like it 🤪
