Lamination Q&A ✨

Answering some of the most common Q’s we get around brow lamination 💖

What is Brow Lamination?
-Using the same ingredients as a lash lift, we bend and mould the brow hair. We change the direction of the hairs by lifting them upwards and making them uniform, which improves your brow shape.

Who is Brow Lamination best suited for?
-Clients with Medium to Full brows, and flat, unruly or slightly downturned hair (not recommended for very thin, very fine brows).

How long does it last?
-You’ll start to notice a few hairs start dropping around week 3-4 depending on your hair thickness, by week 6-8 your brows should be back to normal.
We recommend 6-8 weeks in between treatments.
(Note this is the case for the products we use but may differ from artist to artist.)

Will the hairs stay in the exact same position the whole time?
-Yes and no. We are not gluing the brows hairs down to the skin, so even though the hair has been reshaped, it is still able to move around.
Things like sleeping, showering or wiping over the brows will make the hairs move slightly.
All you need to do to fix this is take a spoolie and brush the hairs up (in the same way you would use a brow gel) and they will shift back into the laminated style.

How do you look after the brows in between treatments?
KEEP 👏 THEM 👏 HYDRATED 👏 - this is an absolute must! No it will not make the lamination drop faster or ruin the lamination.
Although this treatment is entirely safe, it does strip some of the hairs natural oils in order for us to be able to mould them. And while we hydrate with keratin and hydrating serum during the treatment, you need to continue this at home. We recommend using oils like coconut, jojoba, argan, castor💧
