I know that life happens. Things come up, plans change and sometimes appointments simply get forgotten — I truly do understand.

But I wanted to gently share what happens on the other side of a missed appointment.

When you book an appointment with me, that time is set aside especially for you. I’m here, I’m ready, and I’ve turned away other clients who may have loved that appointment time.

When someone doesn’t arrive or cancels at the last minute, I don’t just lose an appointment… I lose that income for the week. And as a small business owner, that income contributes to supporting my family. 🤍

If you can’t make your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. This gives me a chance to offer the appointment to someone else. I understand things happen out of our control, I’m a mummy to two little girls, so I do get it and no judgements here, but please do try ❤️
