ACNE TREATMENT CENTRE

The New Zealand Acne Treatment Centre was established to offer guidance and support to clear mild, moderate and severe cases of inflamed and non-inflamed acne. We work to clear your acne within 3 - 6 months with a programme which includes advice on possible diet and lifestyle triggers and the use of skincare products that have been formulated specifically for acne prone skins. Clearance is usually possible if guidance is followed but we also know when it is necessary to refer on to doctors and dermatologists.

Treatments and homecare products are tailored to get the best results, along with successful protocols that have been used to clear many thousands of acne sufferers worldwide. Consultations are currently available in Albany and Howick or online for those who prefer that option.

The difference with this programme is that we have worked with many acne sufferers to get them clear, we know the importance of a good consultation that asks the right questions to find your triggers and when to increase or change your products to get and maintain clear skin. We educate on why what we are suggesting is vital to get the results you want.

Our programme is for those with mild acne lesions to ensure they do not develop further as well as severe cases of acne - often these clients have tried everything including social media influencers suggesting a miracle cure, which may or may not have worked for them but has nothing to do with your skin concerns, GPs who we respect for their knowledge in a wide range of illnesses but do not get much training in skin and finally dermatologists that have years of training and specialist knowledge and can certainly assist with many skin diseases, including acne and specifically advanced acne conditions, but may not be able to spend the time needed to get to the bottom of your particular triggers and guide you through some of the side-effects that can occur when working to clear acne prone skin.
