What is the right way to wash your face?π€
The truth is, there is no single correct technique for washing your face. What is necessary for cleansing to be effective is to practice it every day and use the appropriate products for your skin type. π
It is also important to massage your face with gentle movements without applying too much force.
With these details you can have cleaner, healthier skin and away from oiliness.π
1st step) Remove all makeup from the face with a specific product, such as micellar water;
2nd step) Wet your hands and apply a little of your facial cleansing gel on the palm of one hand - the equivalent of a 10 cents coin;
3rd step) Rub your hands together until you form a foam;π
4th step) Apply the foam formed on the moistened face and massage all over the face with your fingertips or with your facial brush for approximately 60 seconds. Take care of the oiliest areas, such as the forehead, nose and chin;
5th step) Rinse well and gently dry your face with a soft towel.
There you go, your face is clean! Then just finish with a facial moisturizer of your choice. By following these tips, you will see how radiant your skin will be right after the ritual.π₯°π

One of the characteristics that women dislike most is cellulite. Many seek treatments and dermocosmetics to reduce the wavy appearance that forms in regions such as thighs, hips, butt and belly.π
Caused by the accumulation of fat, water and toxins in cells, cellulite is inflammation of cell tissue.π
How to prevent the appearance of cellulite?
The best way to prevent cellulite is to have healthy habits, such as a diet rich in protein and fiber, drinking plenty of water, quitting smoking, exercising, maintaining your ideal weight, using creams that improve circulation, draining fluid and the flaccidityπ

Since 2014, the month of September βdressesβ in yellow for a quite important reason. Created by the Brazilian Association of Psychiatry (ABP), by the Federal Medicine Council (CFM), and by the Life Valuation Center (CVV), the Yellow September campaign aims to raise the population's awareness about su***de preventionπ
By virtue of all coronavirus pandemicβs effects, the campaign gets even more important in 2020.
Certain behaviors indicate dangerous conditions requiring medical care. Some features of these conditions are: emotional and social isolation; lack of communication; atypical irritability; sleep disturbances; physical symptoms that are not associated with any medical diagnosis, such as stomachache and intestinal alteration; and refusal of help from friends, relatives or even professionals.π
The month of September is focused on the awareness of su***de prevention. Letβs all embrace this cause.π₯°π

Our massage and other services may be back in business as the COVID-19 situation continues to improve... π
But until everything gets in order don't worry β weβre here to make sure everyone can safely give their skin a treat at home without having to worry about the virus. π
β οΈ Exfoliate your skin first!
Before we get started with the face masks, we need to exfoliate our skin with a scrub first. Exfoliating removes dead skin cells, cleanses and unclogs pores, and simply prepares our skin to absorb nutrients from face masks.
1- Brown sugar scrub π
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of brown sugar; 2 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil; Preparation and application
Stir the ingredients in a small bowl until combined well. Spread the scrub on your face and give it a gentle circular rub for around 1 minute.
Benefits: Coconut oil adds moisture to your skin while dead skin is being scrubbed off by the brown sugar granules. As a result, your skin will get a soft and glowy finish.
2- For dry skin - Honey-coco mask π
Ingredients: 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil; 1 Tbsp Honey; 1 Tbsp Plain Yogurt; Preparation and application
Pop some coconut oil in a microwave for a few seconds until melted and mix all ingredients together. Then, use a cosmetic brush to slather it on your skin and let it soak in for 10-15 minutes.
Benefits: This formula adds extra hydration and moisture to your dry skin with the help of coconut oil, yoghurt, and honey. Moreover, it has soothing properties, which is perfect for folks with sensitive skin.
3- For oily skin - Fresh aloe vera mask π
Ingredients: 1 egg white; 2 tablespoons fresh aloe (or, in a pinch, aloe vera gel); Preparation and application
Fresh aloe vera can be found in the majority of Thai houses. Peel the clear, jelly-looking part of the aloe vera and mix it with egg whites. Slather the mixture on your skin with a cosmetic brush or sponge.
Let it soothe your skin 10 minutes before rinsing it off. π
Benefits: The aloe vera plant is widely known for calming and hydrating your skin, which is perfect for after a long stressful week. As for egg whites, they can absorb excess oil, making this mask perfect folks with oily skin.
Turning your home into a spa π- For ultimate relaxation, we recommend lighting up your favourite aromatic candles, setting up some soothing music, and dimming the lights while recreating these easy-peasy DIY face mask formulas.
And voila! Everyone in your household can pamper their skin with spa-like vibes without having to step out of the house.π
