Perfect Sunday Night Reset!!

I had no idea… did you?

Mum always loved and used them but I didn’t get the whole rigmarole of it until last year when I started looking into ways to help relieve my rheumatoid condition!

Month after month of pain with very little relief and ALOT of medicine, I started to find natural ways of helping relieve the symptoms of my condition. When I’m having a particularly rough day with pain the ONE thing that helps the MOST is soaking in a HOT BATH! But even more so when I add in a blend of baths salts! Prior to last year I had no idea just how beneficial bath salts actually are!!

The heat of the water and minerals from the salts really works MAGIC on sore muscles and joints and most times leaves me feeling completely pain free for the rest of the night and helps me sleep more comfortably 🥰 now, these are few and far between with a painful condition and 5 children! But no s**t they really do help and I’m happy I can make these for myself and share them with you!
