After 10 incredible years, I’ve made the decision to close the doors of Exhale & Relax. ❤️

Ten years is a long time. This little business has been such a huge part of my life and along the way, I’ve had the privilege of meeting, caring for, listening to and connecting with so many wonderful people.

To every single person who has ever booked a massage, recommended me to a friend, supported my business, shared my posts, trusted me with their wellbeing or simply walked through my door, thank you. From the bottom of my heart. ❤️

I’m incredibly grateful for the memories, the conversations, the laughs, the stories and, most of all, the people.

And before I close this chapter, a little reminder: if you still have an Exhale & Relax concession card with sessions left to use, now is the time to make time for yourself. 🥰

Yeah I'm calling you out in the last one~ Massage helps your nervous system reconnect to areas it has decided are "background noise" (or rather "background tension"). Soothing touch makes it listen to the area as it is now. Massage absolutely does NOT have to hurt in order to be effective! In fact, when it hurts you'll be guarding and contracting your muscles. Which totally works against the massage! And finally, it's so flattering when a client tells me that just being on the table is so relaxing. But it makes me sad to realize that it's the first time they've slowed down in a long time.
