💭 Hair Myth: Air drying is always healthier for your hair.

Not always! While excessive heat can cause damage, leaving your hair wet for long periods isn’t ideal either. Hair is at its most fragile when it’s wet, making it more prone to stretching, breakage and frizz.

The healthiest approach? Gently towel dry your hair, apply a heat protectant, and use a hairdryer on a low to medium heat setting while keeping it moving. This helps dry your hair efficiently without exposing it to excessive heat.
