So hard to predict how our breastfeeding journey will be, specially after hearing so many stories...
There are several factors that can contribute to a better brestfeeding journey - they can be mentaly of physical.
First, our state of mind does count a lot, specially when it comes to milk production. The more stressed and tense we are, the less flow of breatmilk we might have (with some rare exceptions).
We also can't ignore our phisical well-being. Not only our body should be well nourished and rested, but also the ni***es themselves should be kept moisturised after each feeding.
We're here to support you on that beautiful journey of love. You can do it mama!
