This is again an unfortunate announcement but let's stay happy:)

As we are going into Alert Level4/3 again, we will be closed for that time.

Unfortunately, we find it very difficult to meet every customer's needs in this situation, we can only ask you to rebook the booking online first. Do not worry about the existing booking you already have.

Our availability is pretty tight and you may only be able to find a slot that is more than a few weeks later.

We appreciate your understanding and patience. We are just hoping that we will soon be back in a hassle-free situation.

I will try to respond to emails accordingly during the lockdown as well.

Hello! We are FULLY booked until Christmas now!!

Hello!

We are closed on 13th and 14th, responding to the Level 3 Alert. We are getting ourselves ready to start from 15th Saturday.

However, there is a chance that the Level 3 continues. In that case, we would have to cancel all the bookings made during the closing period. It will happen automatically.

For those who have booking soon, you are welcome to make your back up booking now. *do not worry about cancelling your existing booking.

Hello Everyone

First of all, we would like to thank you all for your continuous support.

We would like to apologise for the inadequate capacity that is making the booking difficult.

We are still extremely busy due to the Covid-19 impact. Not only the increased demand but also less staff working in the salon.

We are working hard to fit as much customers possible. There are usually only a few slots available for two or three weeks.

As a result, it is making us very difficult to handle phone bookings, when each call can easily take 10min.

Therefore we would like to ask you to do online booking for the convenience for both customers and us.

If you do not see the availability for next a few week or a month that has to be true. *especially for a time consuming services such as highlights, colouring, perm, please be aware.

We are sorry but we can only ask you to be patient still and book in advance for now and we would appreciate your cooperation.
