Deposits:
The deposit is required to be paid immediately upon booking. Once I have required payment of your deposit , your appointment will then be secured and, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please note: If I do not receive the deposit immediately, your appointment will not be secured. Deposit Payment: Bank Transfer only. Please note if you choose to pay in full and you can’t make it for whatever reasons, you will not get a refund ONLY your 50% deposit is able to be used as a Store Credit or rescheduled appointment. The other half of the payment will be to cover the appointment you didn’t make.

.The deposit paid at the time of booking is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

. CANCELLATIONS + TRANSFERS. You may reschedule your appointment anytime up until 48 hours to your appointment. If for any reason you need to reschedule the appointment within the 48 hours, your appointment will be canceled and another deposit will be required. STORE CREDIT- is available if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment but do not have a new date selected. You can put your deposit into a store credit anytime until 48 hours at the latest to your appointment. If your credit goes into store credit it is valid for 4 months. Once you’ve used your store credit, you can no longer put the deposit back into store credit. This also applies to giveaways with myself or other companies I maybe included in. An expiry date will be added to the services once the winner is announce. Please make contact with me for that time frame for your booking.

. Should unforeseen circumstances arise CHARDS ARTISTRY STUDIO reserves the right to cancel any future appointment made. Your deposit will be put into STORE CREDIT for future appointments.

. If CHARDS ARTISTRY STUDIO has a price increase, your outstanding balance will be charged according to the updated price. COVID/LOCKDOWN:
If your appointment falls during a lockdown/ new restrictions put in place your deposit will be put into a Store Credit and transferred over to a new date.

. STUDIO RULES:

Please do NOT bring anyone to your appointment, if you are being dropped off they will need to wait in the car down the end of the driveway. This also includes children and babies.

. LATE APPOINTMENT FEE:
Appointments made 24 hours before your selected day will come with a $20

. LATE FEE: applicable to makeup application appointment only.
24 hours is classed as last minute appointments which requires immediate $20 fee on top of the service amount.
10 minutes late = $10 late fee
Any later then 10 minutes = terminated as most appointments are made back to back so I will no longer have time to complete the makeup.

. Any flu conditions, rashes, infections, conjunctivitis. MUST be cancel & rescheduled your appointment or I can hold deposit for Store Credit.
