One thing I’ve learnt about life is that you really don’t know what people are carrying.

Some people are fighting battles quietly while still showing up for their family, their work, their friends and everyone who relies on them. And lately I’ve realised I probably don’t give myself enough credit for simply continuing to show up.

Life can humble the F**K out of you.

Plans change.
People change.
Circumstances change.

Sometimes you feel strong. Sometimes you’re mentally exhausted. Sometimes you’re literally just trying to figure out your next move.

But one thing I know about myself…. I don’t give up easily.

Not because I’m always positive.
Not because I have everything figured out.
And definitely not because every day is a good day.

I just refuse to let a difficult chapter convince me that the whole story is fu**ed.

Maybe somebody reading this needs that reminder too.
You don’t need to have everything figured out right now.
Just don’t give up on yourself.

Keep moving. 👊

I woke up this morning with a pounding headache and thought it was going to be a pretty slow start to the week.

As I was getting ready to slowly wrap up the day, one last booking came through…
