Teacher trainees come from a wide array of backgrounds and more than often they are reshaping or tweaking their future realising that health is the new wealth. Teaching yoga is a wonderful contribution to make to one’s community.
We are so happy that Ingrid found her way to us and is continuing on to the next level of training as well as teaching beginner classes at our Academy on Wednesday 5.30pm and 6.30pm.🦋🦋🦋

Forever grateful….. your guru-teacher:Guru Purnima (also called Vyasa Purnima) is a sacred festival dedicated to expressing gratitude to our teachers, mentors, parents, and spiritual guides. It is celebrated on the full moon day (Purnima) of the Hindu month of Ashadha and honors the wisdom and guidance that remove ignorance. ❤️
I like to think of yoga poses as the opportunity to shape shift so my body moves in all the ways it’s designed to ...... there’s a beautiful freedom to being mobile, able to balance and move through space with grace - a joy.
