Reflexology involves applying pressure to specific points on the the

These body areas
correspond to different organs and body systems, and that stimulate them and promote relaxation and support overall well-being

What happens in the treatment ?

-You remain fully clothed removing only your shoes and socks ( for feet reflexology)

- Jess uses her fingers and thumbs to apply varying amounts of pressure to specific areas.
-Sessions can be 30-60 minutes

Does it hurt?
No, a reflexology treatment is actually quite gentle, unlike a deep tissue massage.

Reflexology uses a medium to light pressure to stimulate the nerve endings that are in the feet, hands and ears.

the gym, the salon, the mower shop, and the hairdressers are turning purple to raise awareness and support for women's refuge services in Rodney. 💜

This charity does vital work supporting women and families experiencing abuse.

They provide safe housing, clothing for women and their children, counseling services, a 24/7 helpline, and so much more for those who need support during incredibly difficult times.

We are asking our community to help us raise awareness and funds for this important cause.
Every donation, no matter the size, can make a difference in someone's life.
