Just got in from a 14k waka ama paddle with the girls from
Straight off the water I go in with the Arnica Recovery Mist to help aid muscle recovery after my workout.
It’s pretty cold now so the peppermint oil in the mist will help to keep my muscles warmer on the way home till I can jump into a hot shower and then cook dinner for the kids.

Up with the birds at 5.30am and I jump straight into a full body rub down with Arnica Recovery Oil before heading to the gym for a
It worked an absolute treat as i got to the gym feeling warm and limber despite the freezing morning.
I can definitely say the oil application improved my performance today as I arrived pumped up and ready!

Day 1️⃣ How I use Plant Potions in my everyday 🪄
It’s 8.30am Monday morning - I like to start my working week with a cleanse.
I use our essential oil blends with some baking soda to max up the vacuum - today I chose I AM VIBRANT, I 🧡 the energising citrus notes.
Then I go around with my tingsha bells to shift and purify the energy so I can start my working week with a positive attitude and happy vibes.

Hi ❤️ it’s me - Louise, founder of Plant Potions 🍃
We have lots of new followers so I thought I would introduce myself.
What you may not know about me:
I was in Star Wars episode 2 ⭐️
I was Grace Jones in Stars In Their Eyes, NZ.
I was a presenter on The Shopping Channel, NZ.
I am a solo parent of 4 strong, incredible daughters.
I have taught yoga since 2011.
I have practiced reiki since 2007.
I used to be a CanCan and cabaret dancer 💃🏽
I ❤️ fashion, bright colours and lipstick.
I run a lil side hustle marcomms agency
I have dedicated the last 28 years of my life to yoga and wellbeing.
I lift weights 5 times a week.
I paddle waka ama and race in comps around NZ.
I am from Greater Manchester, UK and have lived on Waiheke Island for 23 years.
I have been into essential oils since my first trip to Australia in 1998.
I set up Plant Potions in 2018 to role model to my daughters how inspiring women in business can be when we are true to our life purpose & authenticity.
I run my life and businesses by the lunar calendar 🌕
