1hr Pilates Tuesday at 5:30pm & 1hr Yoga Thursday at 5:30pm. $20pp.

For anyone in the Upper Harbour region looking for a fitness boost, join us this morning at the Herald Island Domain for a mix of restorative mobility and functional core work, finished off with a lil cardio/resistance. We are going ahead with these sessions starting THIS MORNING from 9-10ish 💪🥳 All the info is below 👇

I've had an idea to keep/get you all fit before the end of the year.

On Saturdays, from Oct 7th, I'm setting up some mats and free-weights (medballs, weight-bags etc) next to/behind the hall (see video).

Here's the detail 👇

WHEN

Arrive around 9am to kick-off at 9:15 with some restorative mobility work (aka yoga) for 15mins, then evolve that into some more intense, functional core work around 9:30, finishing with a slightly higher intensity cardio/resistance session from 9:45-10am-ish.

All exercises can be adjusted/replaced to suit strength and experience, with safety as the highest priority.

WHO AM I?

Ben Titford, from Benji's Fitness. I grew up in the area and successfully ran a similar outdoor group fitness session in Hobsonville recently.
I've been a PT and group fitness instructor (incl. Yoga, Pilates, Boxfit, HIIT, Core, Pump, Spin, Tabata) for 12+ years and can cater to all experience levels and ages. My sessions aim to minimize suffering and maximize enjoyment to relieve stress and make you to want to train more 💪🥳

HOW MUCH?

My group fitness sessions are usually to the tune of $15-20pp. I'm happy to offer a concession card of $75 for 10 sessions for locals. I'll also accept whatever koha you can afford, I know times are tough.
