Lately we’ve had a noticeable increase in very last-minute cancellations and no-shows. As a small business, this has a real impact — not only on our schedule, but on clients who are waiting for appointments.

We completely understand that life happens, and plans sometimes change. All we ask is that you please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer that time to someone else.

Updated Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the treatment value.

No-shows will also incur a 50% charge.

For Loyalty Reward, Package, and Membership treatments, cancelling within 24 hours will result in forfeiting the treatment.

A valid credit or debit card is now required to secure all bookings.

These policies help protect our time and ensure fairness for all clients.
