So I just bought this incredible facial mist and I am so excited!.
The way I was drawn to this product is quite interesting. Yesterday, I tried out the tester for it at Sephora, just in passing, and thought nothing of it. Then when I went to tank up my car later that evening, the cashier commented that my skin was glowing and she just had to know my secret. Of course I didn’t tell her. I came back today and immediately purchased a bottle. I’m in love! ❤️ @ Auckland CBD

★WHOLEMEAL ALERT★ 🥨🥖🥐
You want to be good, but refined carbs are everywhere: pasta, rice, white bread, pastries...we’re unhealthy girls in a refined carb world...right? 🌮🍕🥪
Well, the grains of goodness are trending these days as people become more aware and concerned about their bodies. We have some simple tricks to help you sneak in more of what your body loves.
☞ Toss some black, brown or red rice into your salads for extra fibre, nutrients and flavour. 🥗
☞ If using whole-wheat pasta, try cooking it for a little longer to soften and make more enjoyable. 🍝
☞ If you‘re not a fan of whole-wheat bread, roll it with a rolling pin and toast to make more like a cracker. Top with smashed avo, cherry tomatoes, herbs, vinegar and olive oil. Yummo! 🥑
☞ Try wholemeal pita bread. It’s just as delicious! 😋 To counter the heaviness of the bread, be sure to stuff in some extra lettuce & tomatoes and lots of dressing. 🥒

It’s not actually the end of the world. If you have a sweet tooth, there are many healthier alternatives to satisfy your craving. We have two simple ideas to share with our dirty thirties goddesses for your inspiration.
☞ Stuff cored apples with your favorite dried fruits, nuts, spices and a bit of butter (vegan or whatever butter you normally use) or coconut oil to your liking. 🍎 Feel free to experiment with vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cranberries, oats, ginger, apricots, orange zest, etc.🍊Place apples in a tray filled with an inch high of water, cover with foil and bake at 190.5 °C for 20 minutes. Uncover, top with vegan or other butter or coconut oil and bake for a further 25 minutes. Enjoy! 😍
☞ Homemade chia seed pudding with fruit is the best! 🍒 Whisk up a cup of your favorite milk (vegan or whatever milk you use) with 1/3 cup chia seeds, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and one teaspoon of sugar replacement (stevia is a good one). Set in the fridge for 10-15 minutes and top with your favorite fruits and a dollop of coconut cream. 💕

3. ★GOODBYE JUNK FOOD★ 🍫 All the extra salt and sugar can work against your fitness goals. Try to snack on your favorite fruit and vegetables.
